Hey guys, Iain here again. I just wanted to tell you about an issue one of my client’s had right before he signed- up to our live training at Kamalifestyles. His issue was as follows..

Q: I am not attractive enough and ugly to date. What do I do?

A: First of all, as I have always said, you are only as good as you think you are. If you feel you are too ugly to get any woman’s attention, you are always going to be right.

While it is paramount that you be honest with yourself, everyone needs a reality check every once in a while. Only then can you get out of your head and start seeing things as they do.

When such negativity takes over you, the best way for you to get yourself up and look at things differently is through positive self-affirmations. So let us dig right into it.

When is the best time?

There is nothing like the right or wrong time to affirm yourself. That is one of the best things about self-affirmations. You can use them at whatever time that suits you best you.

I, however, advocate for using them in the morning as one stands to gain more enormous benefits since using affirmations in the morning effectively sets up your day by starting up with a positive perspective of life.

Also, affirming in the morning is an excellent way to shake off all the negativity you may have from the previous night as well as bad dreams you may have had. Accurate as this may be, continually affirming yourself throughout the day is the best thing you can do to yourself.

It helps keep you in the right frame of mind throughout the day since you can defeat negative thoughts as soon as they arise.

I would, however, advise that as you start on the affirming journey, make it the first thing you do every morning. You can do it by noting down your affirmations on sticky notes and put them in your sight so that they are the first things you see when you wake up. As you adapt to them, you can change and use them at whatever time suits you best.
