In today’s society, body image plays a huge role in peoples self-confidence and worth. We all are constantly comparing ourselves to Instagram models and movie stars leaving us feeling inadequate. This feeling can ripple through our personal and social lives and hinder us from having the confidence to get out there and forge new and exciting relationships.

Well… No more. I’m here to help you get over that body image hump you may be in, and help you become a fitter, healthier and more confident you!

Many of you may not know this about me, but I’m actually a qualified personal trainer. I took the step to get qualified after I realised that so many of my dating coaching clients suffered from the same thing, body confidence issues. If you don’t feel confident in the skin you’re in then it is so hard to have the confidence to put yourself out there for others to take notice. If you don’t think you’re attractive then how do you expect any one else to think it? Dating isn’t down to dashing good looks and a nice bank balance, its about feeling so positive in yourself that that positivist infects those around you. In today’s world it can be a real struggle to find that positivity, as we are weighed down with the stresses and strains on modern day life, but it is achievable, and a great place to start is your personal fitness.

The benefits of working out are absolutely endless. I could list a hundred ways it benefits you physically, but also mentally, and its for this reason I have decided to launch Kama Fitness. It’s not simply personal training programmes and nutritional guidance to help you
become healthier, but its also wrapped up with confidence boosting dating advice and tips.

Taking the step to improve your personal fitness will not just benefit you physically, but also romantically. When you start feeling good, women WILL notice. When you start loosing weight, women WILL notice. When you start building muscle, women WILL notice. You have the ability to become a better you, you just might need a little push in the right direction, and that’s where I come in.

After the 12 day intensive plan, receive online email and Skype support to ensure you continue towards your goals.(London based clients only)
