Men are generally known not to be stable as far as relationships are concerned. They are always the alpha male who want to remain players for life without being committed to one woman and are reluctant to take on fatherly responsibilities. Well, sometimes, some men want to move on from this, into a more settled lifestyle, yet remain bachelors for a very long time, and this is why.
The grass is always greener on the other side
This statement refers to the man, not appreciating where he is because he is looking forward to what is ahead. He can’t get a girl and keep her because he imagines that there is a better girl out there suited to him. It is like a man going to a dealer shop and checking out cars, picks out the one he likes, takes it for a test drive and returns it. Go to another dealer shop, do the same thing and leave without a car because he feels that there is a better car in another dealer shop. It is unfortunate because most men have this mindset where they refuse to settle down in marriage or any normal relationship because they feel that they will meet someone better and would rather meet the girl when single because they will be available. This thought is a very sad because of you find as girl who’s compatible with you, stick with it. Do not feel that the grass is greener on the other side if there are a few minor kinks in your relationship, be wise no relationship is perfect all the time. Even if others couple’s look perfect, you do not know the amount of work the couple has put in to ensure that their relationship is as rosy as it looks.
Emasculation
With the rate at which women are feminist, total independent women and not needing a man, why wouldn’t a man be alone? Why shouldn’t he have a hard time getting a girl when a girl is already a man on her own and doing a damn pretty good job at being both sexes? In this era where a man could feel emasculated by certain feisty females and questing his existence as a man, its understandable that he wouldn’t want to let himself down or worse still embarrass himself by having a woman who doesn’t appreciate him because she doesn’t need him for love or handy tasks around the house. It is difficult for a man to admit that he is not needed and hence he will not even make an effort to get the girl because he feels that there is a barrier between them.
