I don’t quite get why you are deprived off sex. From your statement, I pick that you have been having sex, but you are not denied off it, and that is why you feel depressed. So, are you in a relationship where your conjugal rights are not being met, or are you single? Also, if you are single, you must have been having sex before.
From having no sex
So, what happened that you stopped engaging in it for some time for its luck to manifest that strongly? I will answer with both of these scenarios in mind since your question is not entirely clear.
Now, if you are in a relationship and you are not having sex, then that is a warning sign you should not ignore. Well, we all know that women, more often than not, fall victim to using sex as a “weapon” whenever things go sour in a relationship. Like, “I am angry, so I won’t give you something I know you love.”
While you also wouldn’t get intimate with a woman when you are not in good terms with her, I believe that yours is not one of those minor cases where your woman is angry with you for a day or two and deny you.
