5 things never to do before a date

So, you are going on a date. You want do your very best to make sure that you show up for the date and make sure that she is not bored or does not think you are a total looser the first time the two of you interact. However, most people forget that preparation for the date is just as important as the actual date. You want to actually have a hold of things before you get there so that the date can be a success. Here are things that you should absolutely refrain from doing; to

Do not Google your date

It may seem like a good idea to do some homework on your date before you show up for the date but it is the worst idea. The beauty of going on a date with a person is getting to know them on their own terms and conversations can actually give you enough about the person to know if you would want to participate in subsequent dates. There is also the risk of bringing up unique subjects about your date that you could only have known if you Googled her and that makes you hang on the balance of creepy and weird. Your date may immediately get guarded and show disinterest in the date.

Ignore grooming

It may seem like a no- brainer to make sure that you look great for your date but first impressions do matter. When showing up for the date, you want your date to be able to see that you look good and the instant attraction can do wonders for the rest of the date. It is important to look and smell nice. No one wants a good- looking date who smells like a long day and disappointment. Splash on some cologne, take a bath; basically, do everything to make sure you are not repulsive. That being said, do not forget to compliment your date. You do not want to show up to the date overdressed or under dressed and make your date feel like they could have done better or that they did too much.
